Eating Less Frequent, Higher-Calorie Meals May be Beneficial

Is it better to eat three meals per day after all? One diet that has been popularly suggested for some time is a six-meal diet that consists of three meals with three snacks between those meals. However, a recent study argues that the evidence for this is inadequate, and decreasing meal frequency to two or three meals daily, with meals earlier in the day, may help better control hunger and manage diabetes.
