British Men at Greater Risk of Diabetes & Complications

A new report by the Men’s Health Forum says that men in Great Britain are now 26 per cent more likely than women to develop diabetes. They also tend to experience worse health outcomes because they do not take the necessary steps to improve their diet, or to get regular checkups. Nearly one British man in ten now has diabetes; they are more likely than women to develop serious complications and have much higher death rates than women with diabetes. Read more
